The Role of Government

Standing in line at Au Bon Pain today I was surprised to learn from the newly enhanced menu that the egg sandwich on ciabbatta I often enjoy has 540 calories. The spinach and cheese croissant has 400 calories, so I got that instead. And I loved it.
